About Me

Originally from Singapore, Ariel began her dance training at the age of four in ballet, later expanding into Latin American Ballroom Dancing and Modern Dance. After relocating to the UK in 2009, she was introduced to street dance and choreography, an encounter that would shape her artistic path.

Alongside her brother, Ariel became an Over-16 Advanced Duo World Champion at the UDO World Street Dance Championships in both 2010 and 2012, later earning the prestigious Champion of Champions title. Her performance career has led to appearances on Sky 1's Got To Dance, ITV's Britain's Got Talent, and The Greatest Dancer.

In 2017, Ariel was handpicked by world-renowned choreographer Brian Friedman to join his mentorship programme, where she was recognised as a choreography prodigy. Her choreographic work has since been showcased at well-known dance platforms including Move It and Sadler's Wells Breakin' Convention.

Ariel is currently on the board of Directors at Rhythm City Dance Studio in Plymouth, where she plays an integral role in focusing on the artistic growth of her dancers. In 2025, she launched a new dance collective, a casual performance group bringing together dancers from her past, present and future to collaborate on concept-driven and visual projects.

She is now ready to take her knowledge and expertise to the next level, with the aim of securing more professional opportunities and performing on stages across both the UK and internationally.
